The registers have been transcribed as written in the original
registers – any transcription comment made by the transcriber will appear
in [square brackets]. Where words have been deemed illegible a series of dots
….. have been used. Entries in (round) brackets denote additional information
from the Bishop’s Transcripts.
There are separate indices for baptisms, marriages and burials – please
check carefully so as not to miss an entry.
NOTE : some entries are out of order in the original registers and some are
duplicated – where this has occurred, a transcription note has been
added.
